Italian based Weddings at Lake Garda is a run by Ginny Bevan, a born and bred Brit, who’s been living in Italy for longer than should be put into print. For well over 10 years Ginny has been helping couples who have fallen in love with Lake Garda to organise their big day in Italy. From the choice of the ceremony & reception locations to the big day itself Ginny will be by your side assisting you with all the choices you need to make.
From the local vendors for flowers, music, entertainment, photography and fireworks to transport for your guests to and from the venue, by boat or coach, Ginnys extensive network of suppliers will be able to make sure every aspect of your day is covered. Ginny is also able to assist her couples with all of the documentation for their legal wedding in Italy or to help choosing a symbolic text that reflects the couple on their special day.

How many weddings have you planned?
Over 150
What is the typical size wedding you plan for?
Anything from 2 -150 guests but the average is probably 60 guests.
We have no idea what kind of wedding/theme we want to have, can you help?
Yes of course
Do you have a team that you work with?
I have trusted suppliers and colleagues that I call on and that differs for each wedding as every request is individual and every wedding unique.
Do you specialise in the design or coordination of the weddings?
Coordination but I have excellent florists I can lean on when couples require more styling for their event.
How far in advance do I need to book your service?
As soon as possible to have a free range of dates but I’ve done small weddings with 3 months notice
Do you offer a payment plan?
A deposit to start off with followed by a 2nd and then final payment.
Do you cover all areas of wedding planning, or can you help me with just one/a few things?
Usually I take the full planning on board but I want to make sure that my couple have the day they want and if that means they only require assistance in certain aspects then I can accommodate that.
