I will accompany you through every phase of the wedding, ensuring meticulous organisation in every detail: from logistics to budget planning, from selecting vendors and the venue to developing the project involving colour choices, themes, graphics, and all services related to the event. Every aspect will be shared and evaluated together through constant meetings, allowing you to enjoy the planning of your wedding in total relaxation. On the day of the event, our presence will enable you to enjoy the celebration without having to worry about anything.
Planning and organising all phases of the wedding, including idea collection, inspirations, budget definition, technical aspects such as contracts, setups, and coordination, vendor selection, and timeline definition.
Complete Event Direction:
I will be present on the wedding day with a detailed timeline, ensuring everything unfolds according to the agreed-upon schedule. I will be the point of reference for you, the vendors, and the guests.
Design and Creativity:
I will create an event image project, starting from graphics to floral arrangements and scenography.
Vendor Research and Selection:
Together, we will choose a team of vendors, assessing contracts and organising appointments while always keeping your specified budget in mind.
I will send all event day information to each vendor, providing all the necessary support during the preparation phase up to the wedding day for coordination.
I will create a colour palette and personalise every detail, including tableau de mariage, photo-booth, confetti table, rum and cigar corner, and much more.
