Are there indoor and outdoor set-up options?
Our wedding receptions could be organised by the swimming pool, in our summer outdoor restaurant set up with elegant wrought iron gazebos. It will be also possible to use our elegant renaissance indoor room at the second floor of the villa.
How many guests does the venue hold?
We are also pleased to inform you that we are able to accommodate up to 150 guests.
Is the venue available for exclusive use?
It will be possible to request the exclusive use of the venue. With the exclusivity of our rooms, we will be delighted to offer you complimentary the use of a private area of our beautiful gardens for the celebration of your Blessing, Religious or Civil Wedding Ceremony.
Does the venue offer accommodation?
Our Relais La Corte dei Papi provides 16 elegant Rooms and Suites, for a capacity of 32 people in double occupancy. For the other guests who will not be able to stay at the Relais, we will be delighted to suggest you other lovely Hotels, very close to our Property. Our staff will take care of all the transfers’ organisation.
We are also pleased to inform you that in each of all our 12 Suites we will be able to add 1 or 2 comfortable extra beds. In this case, we will be able to accommodate up to 45/50 guests.
Can we choose our own vendors, or do you have a preferred or exclusive vendor list?
We are pleased to confirm that you will be able to choose your own vendors. We also have our wedding planners in-house and will take care of every single detail, to ensure a tailor-made reception for you. An experienced team will take care of the set-up, photographer, music and DJ, make-up & hairstyle, flower decorations, classic car or supercar rental, fireworks, and much more!
Is the venue child-friendly?
We are pleased to confirm that our venue is child-friendly, and we would be also pleased to organise wonderful activities for them!
Are taxis and nearby accommodation easily accessible from the venue?
There are Private Transfers easily accessible from the venue, and we are also at your disposal to assist you in arranging the transportation for you and your guests.
What is the backup plan for rain or inclement weather?
Our Relais La Corte Dei Papi offers you the possibility to move your wedding to our indoor spaces in case of bad weather. For example, the ceremony by the swimming pool under the iron gazebos, the aperitif at the Lounge Bar, and the wedding dinner in our Renaissance Events Room.
Can the venue accommodate a DJ or live band?
We are pleased to confirm that we can accommodate a DJ or a live band. We would be delighted to assist you with the permissions and the audio devices or equipment you may need.
Does the venue have disabled access?
All the spaces during the wedding reception and some of our Suites are located on the ground floor and are easily accessible. Our Renaissance Events room, instead, is on the first floor, and guests will be able to use the lift.
Do you charge a corkage fee?
We will not charge a corkage fee since we produce our own Relais La Corte Dei Papi wine (Red, white, rosè, and sparkling wine) that we will serve during your special day.
Does the wedding venue already own a sound system with adequate speakers, or will that need to be rented?
It will be possible to reproduce only background music with our speakers. If you would like to have a DJ or a live band, it will be requested to rent the audio devices or microphone.
