Originally a historic mansion, Masseria Alchimia has been thoughtfully restored into a minimalist-chic retreat while preserving its authentic Puglian charm. Nestled among ancient olive groves and framed by traditional stone walls, the property blends rustic elegance with understated luxury.

Our concept is intentionally simple yet distinctive: we offer couples a romantic, design-forward venue that combines natural beauty with style and exceptional culinary experiences—without the excesses of traditional luxury.

It’s a refined, mid-range venue that feels exclusive and intimate, surrounded by greenery and ideally located in one of Puglia’s most desirable areas. A VENUE, MANY SETTINGS

Each space offers its own atmosphere, allowing you to shape your celebration as you wish:

• The Cave
  Once an olive mill, now a striking and atmospheric space for civil or symbolic ceremonies, after-dinner parties, or a charming Plan B. It seats up to 125 guests.
• The Olive Grove
  An open-air dream for up to 150 guests, ideal for ceremonies and receptions under the trees. If needed, elegant tents with draped fabric and soft lighting transform it into a magical setting.
• The Olive Garden
  Intimate and lush, this garden is perfect for smaller receptions or civil rites, seating up to 150 guests in a peaceful, personal environment.
• The Square
  Our old farmyard is now the vibrant heart of Alchimia, a space for large events (up to 250 guests), dancing under the stars, and live music.
• The Terrace
  A hidden gem overlooking the Puglian countryside—ideal for aperitifs, food corners, or a memorable cake cutting moment.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Masseria Alchimia can host up to 20 guests in 7 individually designed rooms and suites, each with a private garden and modern comfort.
