Description

Nestled amongst the picturesque foothills of the Tusco-Romagnolo Apennines, a gem awaits between the historic cities of Bologna and Florence—a splendid villa perfect for weddings, an architectural masterpiece enveloped by lush vineyards. Built in 1731 by the visionary Albicini Marquises, this haven has gone by many names—La Pandolfa, Villa of the Spirits, or the House with 100 Windows. Today, it stands proudly as Casa di Noelia, a sanctuary of timeless elegance.

Prepare to be enchanted as you step into a location where history, beauty, and nature blend in perfect harmony, their symphony underscored by the heady fragrance of wine and the delicate blooms of wildflowers. Casa di Noelia invites you to immerse yourself in a dreamscape where time seems to stand still—a place to live out your most enchanting reveries.
Indulge in the beauty of this Villa, where expansive and captivating spaces seamlessly blend indoor opulence with the allure of the outdoors.

The meticulously landscaped Italian garden, the expansive area at the foot of the grand staircase, and the enchanting magnolia park set the stage for an unforgettable wedding in Italy. Picture ancient lounges transformed into the perfect backdrop for lavish banquets and lively dances, all while basking in an intimate, stunning atmosphere.
Head up to the noble floor, where the room adorned with frescos and three adjoining rooms await, capable of hosting up to 180 guests. Venture further to the ground floor, where stucco filled walls and graceful vaults create an intimate, cocoon-like ambiance for gatherings of up to 120 guests.
The possibilities are as boundless, from vineyard dinners to cellar aperitifs and poolside soirees, every event at Casa di Noelia promises to be a celebration that won’t be forgotten.

In the summer, the allure extends to the pool area, a tranquil oasis embraced by the emerald hues of the surrounding vineyard. Casa di Noelia isn’t just a villa/venue—it’s an invitation to experience the extraordinary, to revel in the magic of the moment, and to create memories that will linger as sweetly as the scent of Tuscan blooms in the air
