1. How early should we begin planning our wedding in Tuscany?

We recommend starting 9 to 18 months ahead for a full-service celebration; for simplified or
“day-of-coordination” style, 6 months can work. Planning early gives you access to the best
venues, preferred suppliers, and more availability for your guests.

2. What kind of wedding experiences do you create in Tuscany (and nearby regions)?

We specialize in tailor-made, boutique weddings—from a romantic vineyard ceremony among
the Tuscan hills, to an intimate seaside celebration, to a multi-day guest experience. Every detail
is tailored to your story, vision and vibe.

3. Can non-Italian residents get legally married in Italy?

Yes — but the process involves specific paperwork and timing. Alternatively, many couples
choose a symbolic ceremony in Italy and complete the legal wedding in their home country. We
guide you through what’s required in your case.

4. Do you only work in Tuscany?

While Tuscany is our heart and home, we also curate weddings in Apulia, Amalfi coast, Sicily
and Italy’s other beautiful regions when requested. If your heart is set on Tuscany, we’re
especially thrilled to bring that vision to life.

5. What’s included when we choose your full-service planning versus partial coordination?

With full-service planning you’ll have everything handled: venue sourcing, vendor coordination,
design, logistics, guest accommodation support, and on-site coordination. With day-of or partial
coordination, you may already have major suppliers or venue chosen, and we step in to manage
the final execution. Either way, we’re by your side.

6. How many languages do you speak, and how do you manage multilingual guests?

We speak English, French, Italian and Portuguese — which is a real asset for international
couples and guests. We ensure everyone feels included, informed and comfortable throughout the
process.

7. What is the best time of year to get married in Tuscany?

Spring (May-June) and autumn (September-October) offer mild weather, beautiful light and
fewer crowds. Summer is gorgeous but tends to be hotter and busier, which can affect guest
availability, travel and pricing.

8. How many guests do we need to invite — and how do guests travel and stay?

There’s no fixed minimum or maximum — we’ve done intimate weddings for fewer than 20 and
larger celebrations of 100+ guests. We also help with guest logistics: hotel blocks, transportation,
local assistance, and ensuring your friends/family feel supported.

9. What budget should we plan for a wedding in Tuscany?

Budgets vary widely depending on venue, guest count, style and season. What matters most is
your vision and how you prioritize your must-haves. We’ll work with you to craft a realistic
budget that reflects what you care about most.
